How I Can Help You

I’m here to help you cut through the noise, to help you decipher what your body is asking for & guide you through building a supportive relationship with your body, so you can give it what it needs & have the confidence to do so, day in and day out.

 

I’ll guide you through a process where we will work through all of it - learning how your human body really works and what YOURS needs to thrive, sorting through all the BS, developing a better relationship with your body physically and mentally, building confidence, resilience and capability, all while having fun while doing it!

All of my coaching services are tailored 100% to YOU. No "modules," no "protocols," and no "cookie cutter" meal plans.

 

While I'm absolutely heavy on education (as I believe the more you know the "why" behind it, the more you'll actually DO it) education and information only gets us so far... you actually need to IMPLEMENT the information, which tends to be the hardest part!

As your coach, that's what I'm here to help you with - actually doing the things.

BUILDING RESILIENCE

Metabolic
resilience

      Your metabolism is the sum of all the cellular activity in  your body. Metabolic Resilience comes from having a functioning, strong metabolism, a metabolism in which all of those cellular activities are thriving and in working order. 

 

For this to happen, we must meet our nutrient needs - we must supply our bodies with the appropriate fuels and amounts of fuel, and stop putting oil in our gas tank, so to speak.

 

When we do this consistently, we prime our metabolism to be a well running, resilient engine for our lives. So much dysfunction can come simply from eating inappropriately for metabolic health. 

 

This is where we start building the foundation for health and resilience. Developing metabolic resilience is key to both recovering from chronic illness, and losing weight in a sustainable, healthy way.

 Mental
Resilience

      Mental Resilience is all about getting our mind and brain on board, working for us instead of against us. Our minds are incredibly powerful, but they can powerfully create what we DON'T want, or powerfully create what we DO want. 

 

They key lies in understanding how they work and how to use them.  We ARE feeling beings trapped in a thinking world. This isn't a problem once we learn to harness the power of our thinking brain and use it for good, while tuning in and learning to dance with our emotions in a way that supports us instead of traps us.

 

Using the basic principles of neuroscience combined with powerful and practical exercises, we build mental resilience by learning about how our brains really work, by discovering and re-wiring thoughts and beliefs that are holding us back and by programming and creating the outcomes we desire.

PHYSICAL
RESILIENCE

       Physical Resilience comes from moving our bodies in a way that supports and creates the activation your brain craves, while supporting and nourishing your body. 

 

So much more than just "working out," Physical Resilience is created by understanding your nervous system and learning to work with it.

 

Just like with Metabolic and Mental Resilience, we must respect your bio-individuality - there isn't just one exercise technique that is "good" for all bodies.

 

We will build your Physical Resilience by learning what different forms of movement and exercise do for your body, learning practical techniques that ease stress on your individual nervous system, and find the form and frequency of exercise that best supports you and your goals every step of the way.

Hi, I'm Jade.

 

I've helped thousands of people reach their weight loss goals and overcome a variety of chronic illness’ using a pro-metabolic approach: by healing the metabolism, rewiring specific mindsets, and incorporating functional movement.

 

After a personal 3 year struggle with chronic illness and 6 years of owning and operating my own gym, I’ve developed a process that covers all of the aspects it takes to build a strong, healthy, resilient human body and mind… and it’s likely not what you think.

 

I coach people into truly living the life they desire by building a recipe for healing based on your bio-individuality, starting with the areas in which you need the most support and expanding from there.

 

All it takes is a desire to learn how to listen to your body, to learn how to move through stress instead of getting stuck in it, a willingness to learn new things and the boldness to give yourself permission to drop the trendy cookie cutter diets and meal plans. This is when real healing begins, and the good news is that you’ve arrived and we can navigate this world, together.
